▪ Designed and implemented the Spanish curriculum for several age levels and grade levels at L.E.A.R.N. Charter School.
▪ Designed two After School programs, Vamos A Aprender and Poetry A Plenty for the Y.M.C.A. to be implemented at L.E.A.R.N. Charter School for different age levels and grade levels.
▪ Active Teacher in the Professional Development of Teachers through the TAP Program at L.E.A.R.N. Charter School.
▪ Launched an International Club fundraiser at Maria High School that netted $400 dollar profit, which in turn led to field trips and guest speakers.
▪ Taught ESL in Buenos Aires, Argentina, for 4 years in the United States and abroad.
▪ Implemented a middle-school news-writing program in partnership with the Los Angeles Daily News and moderated the student newspaper at Our Lady of Peace School.
▪ Directed a spelling-bee program that produced one regional finalist in the National Spelling Bee in Washington, D.C.
▪ Evaluated English teachers’ onsite for Asahi Mura Junior High Schools in Japan and helped design more effective teaching methods.
